| This paper bases on the hot in-place recycling projection of a highway, according to field detection and laboratory test, the main pavement disease is rutting, and the asphalt is serious aging, the gradation curve is not within the special range. In order to ensure the traffic safety and high-speed, what’s more, this highway has its own actual situation, it is very reasonable to choose hot in-place recycling technology to maintain this road.In order to study on the pavement performance of new hot-recycled materials, this paper introduces the working principles and advantages of warm-mixed agent, fiber and recycling factor (RF). According to the aged asphalt and gradation curve of the old SMA, determine the additive proportion. Then proceed to do laboratory test, such as Marshall Test, Rutting, and Fatigue and so on. Basing on the experimental data, this paper discusses the effect and necessity of adding new materials.Research shows:Warm-mixed agent can lower mixing temperature and realize the effect of energy saving and emission reduction without influencing the quality of recycled mixture; fiber has the function of adsorption, stabilization and reinforcement, there will be a great improvement in mechanical property, high-and-low temperature performance and anti-fatigue performance after adding appropriate dosage of fiber; Recycling factor (RF) has the function of increasing viscosity, reinforcement and enhancing modulus and so on. Although the addition of RF is not the optimum content in this paper, the recycled asphalt mixture also got very good performance in mechanical property and high-and-low temperature performance. Performance of fatigue with RF is not as good as fiber, but when the addition is closed to the optimum content, the anti-fatigue performance of recycled asphalt mixture with RF may be improved at the same time. |
