Central air conditioning system has meet the requirements of environmental comfort, while wasting a lot of energy. Due to traditional systems’over power consumption, and other issues, now we make use of the frequency conversion control technology instead of traditional air conditioning technology. Due to the low degree of automation, Part of our frequency conversion air-conditioning systems is unreasonable on various issues, making the utilization of frequency conversion air-conditioning system is not high. The design of Buildings inverter control system has a great significance for the whole system. Frequency conversion air-conditioning system has a simple structure, energy-saving features, the development requirements of the conservation-minded society in our country, more and more welcomed by users. Therefore, a set of energy efficient inverter control system for the design of buildings has a great significance.Central air conditioning system combined with a PID control algorithm design a conversion PLC automatic control system. The SIMATIC S7-300has strong processing speed, friendly interface, etc. The temperature of the building is controlled by the controller, while improving efficiency and reducing costs. This article has calculated the investment costs.This article makes Dalian Bangchuidao State Guesthouse for the study, transforming the original building’s central air conditioning system. By the equipment selection of five sets of air-conditioning system by the heat pump system, chilled water circulation system of the building, establish the structure diagram of the inverter air conditioner system and distribution’ map detailed analysis of the air conditioning system control logic and control, the original pump set flow central air conditioning system into the secondary pump variable flow systems.By establishing the mathematical model of the inverter pumps, TRNSYS software simulate the central air-conditioning system model and simulation, the value of the annual energy consumption of the central air conditioning system after the simulation transformation with non-conversion energy-saving central air conditioning system energy consumption value to carry out a comparative analysis. The results showed that the variable frequency energy to traditional central air conditioning system can be retrofitted to reduce energy consumption. Prove the feasibility of a secondary pump variable flow systems.
