Research On Constraction Safety Risk Management

Construction safety risk is the major construction companies operating risks, with the construction business generated in the production of building products. This paper addresses the risk management theory and methods into the safety of construction management, risk management theory, risk identification, risk assessment and risk control theory in building construction safety risk in the specific application are analyzed. According to risk management theory, the construction safety accidents happened since 2003 in Yunnan province was analyzed, and the construction accidents attributed to falls, electrocution, against objects, collapse, mechanical injury to five, the risk attributed to its humanunsafe behavior, and material insecurity and environmental factors. Construction enterprises in accordance with internal management and external environment, the division of building construction safety risk market risk and construction safety risk, take elimination, reduce, avoid, transfer risk management measures to reduce construction safety risk, reduce or eliminate construction accidents in order to protect people’s lives and property, and promote China’s construction enterprises healthy and stable development.
