As the bearer of the frame car parts matrix, the dynamic has an important influence onthe stability control,vehicle dynamic quality and economical efficiency. But because of theparticularity of the electric car itself and make their own quality significantly increased, so itbrings difficulties to the frame structure design.This paper based on the theory of topological optimization, and determined the electriccar frame design scheme. It also sets up three-dimensional frame topological model inHyperworks software, and it takes the flexibility minimum as object function. In order to giveattention to the aspects of the frame structure performance, we first need to bending andtwisting the working conditions of topological optimization, so, we can get asingle-conditions of the frame structure. Next we will bend torsion working conditions,braking condition, turn working conditions and modal collision conditions through theweighted strain can the methods of topological optimization, so we can obtain The overallframe of load transfer of the path under Working conditions .we finally design out of theelectric car frame structure Through analyzing the topological optimization results, andcombine with the reliability of the frame principles and manufacturing process.Through discrete frame structure to the plate and shell element, the finite elementanalysis is applied respectively in bending condition, turning condition, and brakingcondition, reverse working conditions, then, we can get the whole stress and displacementdistribution of frame structure in typical working conditions , and finally the frame modalanalysis is analyzed.The result proves that we can make the frame for good static characteristic and dynamiccharacteristics through the topological optimization design. It not only provides reference for frame designing, modifying and optimization, but also for the lightweight frame designing.
