With the combat command of the defense forces and the restrictions on the policy of daily public service and the improvement of the use of vehicles,the former military vehicles and the external purchase vehicles are unable to meet the requirements,and the independent and high maneuverable off-road vehicles have become the trend of future military and police procurement.This paper,based on the "13th Five-Year" planning of the national military and civilian integration strategy demand,is guided by the demand of military market,relying on the mature technical platform and rich resources of a group company,drawing on the structural characteristics and technical advantages of the development process of the group company’s passenger car and military off-road vehicle,and designing a kind of military and civilian dual use market.The structure of the high maneuverable off-road vehicle is at the same level leading level.The structure design of the high maneuverable off-road vehicle and the finite element statics analysis and the modal analysis are studied in this paper.The rationality and safety of the frame structure design are quantified by the strength,stiffness and modal analysis.First of all,CATIA software is used to set up the entity number model of the frame,then the model is introduced into the HyperMesh and the mesh is divided and the finite element model of the quadrangle shell element is set up.The six typical working conditions of the static stable working condition,the vertical runout condition,the driving vertical jump condition,the braking working condition,the driving steering condition and the steering working condition are carried out.The corresponding boundary conditions and loading conditions are applied,and the maximum stress is less than the yield limit of materials according to the calculation results,which meets the design requirements.By comparing with competing cars,the bending and torsional stiffness of the frame are analyzed,and the results are better than competing data to meet the design dimension goals.At the same time,based on the modal analysis of the frame based on HyperWorks software,the natural frequencies of each order of the frame are obtained.Through the analysis of the first six natural frequencies,the resonance can be avoided effectively by checking and checking,and it has good dynamic characteristics.The analysis and conclusion provide a basis for the improvement and perfection of the frame structure.At the end of the paper,the topology optimization of the spare frame of the frame accessories is studied and analyzed at the same time,which provides the research direction for the structure optimization and weight reduction of the following frame.
