With the rapid development of China's economy,the equipment manufacturing industry as the pillar industry of the country urgently need to upgrade,because of China's industrial automation equipment is not high,intelligent engineering machinery is not enough,therefore,the development of China's "China manufacturing2025" beautiful vision,to develop intelligent manufacturing equipment industry as an important way to upgrade.Lifting platform machine is an important part of construction machinery,widely used in engineering construction,wharf handling and machinery industry.The lifting platform of intelligent machine manufacturing is the development trend of equipment manufacturing,aiming at the vehicle lifting platform in China development speed is slow,the current technology is not mature,the project will be based on the existing research results at home and abroad,through the design and optimize the structure of the lifting platform car frame,car mobile lifting platform is a kind of intelligent design the.In this paper,the finite element static analysis and modal analysis of the frame structure of large elevating platform vehicle and the flange of oil gas spring installation are studied.According to the actual conditions of the lifting platform vehicle,the frame structure is optimized under various actual working conditions,which provides the theory and basis for the future design of the lifting platform vehicle.The first part analyses several key frame model,the geometric model of the frame is established with Solid Works2010 software,and the 3D model format for the step into the finite element software,and the finite element model of the frame for preprocessing of the frame under four typical working conditions(symmetrically and uniformly distributed load;about load condition;before and after the partial load condition;the most dangerous condition)according to the actual situation of the boundary constraint conditions and loading,and imported into Nastran software to calculate(postprocessing),total body strength analysis can be obtained to meet the requirements of the whole frame design,consider a larger margin,later improved larger space.In addition,this paper also uses the Hyper Works finite element analysis software of large lifting platform vehicle frame of modal analysis,extracted from the analysis results to the lifting platform vehicle frame 12 frequencies and the modal parameters and vibration type.It can be seen from the results that the naturalfrequency of the frame is obviously higher than the external excitation frequency,so the low-frequency resonance phenomenon can be ignored.The research results have important significance for the frame structure design of platform car.Finally,the overall frame structure by the software of Hyper Works lifting platform vehicle to optimize the structure,provide a reference for the two time we design of the frame,and on the premise of frame stiffness to meet the needs of the general frame design area weight 14%.
