| Rotary drilling rigs are mainly used in foundation drilling. In this area, comparing to other kinds of rigs, rotary drilling rigs complete high quality holes without mud pollution, with maneuverability, high efficiency, and are multifunctional with less necessity of auxiliary equipments. Rotary drilling rigs are regarded as advanced foundation equipments, and are commonly used for drilling foundation holes those diameters less than2m and depth within100m.This article researches and designs the XZ-15rotary drilling rig. Through analyzing developing trend of rotary drilling rigs domestic and overseas, determines model of the rotary drilling rig. After visiting worksite, knowing process of drilling, technical parameters and operating character of the rotary drilling rigs, designs the XZ-15rig generally. Firstly determines the main technical parameters, general configuration of the machine and power transmission flow chart. Then the dissertation analyzes and decides functions and constructions scheme of the main components. The paper designs and calculates the mechanical part of the rotary drilling rig, including design of the upper chassis, track-extendable lower chassis, main and service winches, rotary head of the machine etc; calculation of lifting force and speed of the main and service winches, up and down speed of the crowd cylinder etc; calculates and examines the extensible track beam, which is the important component of the machine, with method of3D analysis software; designs the hydraulic and electric control system of the rotary rig. Ergonomics is used to arrange the driving cab, design hydraulic and electric control system. The design satisfies the function needs and main parameters of the machine. The XZ-15rotary drilling rig is technically advanced, and it can improve the general technique level of our country. |
