A widespread use of hydraulic drive and control technology in the national economy and defense departments, it shows that hydraulic system and equipment in the whole equipment system plays a very important role. Hydraulic system fault detection and diagnosis is a very important project, but now the hydraulic system technology general monitoring the pressure and flow characteristic parameters in system, and combined with other parameters such as temperature, speed to realize comprehensive diagnosis, but the monitoring and diagnosis process is complicated and difficult to decorate, so it has some limitations. Therefore, this paper developed the power intelligent instrument to collect the power characteristic parameter, and go on the study of hydraulic failure monitoring experimental based on the power characteristic parameter.Firstly, according to the throttle model putted forward by our laboratory predecessors, based on MEMS technology, to produce a power sensor, and then calculate the performance of the power sensor; And combine with power sensor output signal to design the power intelligent instrument, and finish making the real object of the power intelligent instrument. And then based on the closed power recovery hydraulic system, design a set of failure monitoring hydraulic failure monitoring system, which have the failure monitoring function of single instrument and combination instrument, and after, installation the power sensors and power intelligent instruments in the hydraulic failure monitoring system, then carry on the experiments of hydraulic failure monitoring. Therefore, this article mainly has the following four aspects of contents:(1) The manufacture and performance study of hydraulic power sensor.It Mainly includes the manufacture of the throttle pipe and the tube, the reprocessing of MEMS chip, the wire connection and the sealing of the power sensor, then calculate the performance of power sensor according to the best of the straight line method with the standard of GBT18459-2001.(2) The development of hydraulic power intelligent instrument.According to flow and pressure signal to design the circuit principle diagram, then weld the circuit boards, prepare microcontroller program circuit going on the commissioning process, and increases the wireless data transceiver function, and designs the PCB, formation the modular of the power intelligent instrument. (3) The design and implementation of hydraulic failure monitoring system.Make use of the closed type hydraulic recovery system of DY200011-00, analyze the three best fault monitoring stations, combined with SQL Server2005database technology MSComm control, monitoring the peak, amplitude index, changing speed to achieve failure monitoring of single power intelligent instrument, and utilize the grey correlation degree analysis technology to achieve failure monitoring of combined power intelligent instruments.(4) The hydraulic failure monitoring experiment research based on the power characteristic parameter.According to the design function of the monitoring system, the experiment mainly includes three aspects:the overall operation of monitoring system; The failure monitoring experiment Based on single power intelligent instrument; The failure monitoring experiment Based on combined power intelligent instruments.
