With the continuous development of computer technology and the new proposed method of seismic exploration,the data processing ability of seismic exploration equipment has been greatly improved.Seismic sensor is the main part of the seismic exploration equipment,and improving the performance of seismic sensor is the key to improve the quality of seismic exploration.But for complex geographical environment,traditional seismic sensors due to the weak anti-interference ability,low sensitivity,wiring problems,not easy to expand defects,has been unable to meet the requirement of seismic exploration under the modern special environment.For the above problems,this paper designs a wireless seismic sensor network system,it can realize multi-channel wireless synchronous acquisition,and it can eliminate the sensor installation location influence.It can be widely applied in earthquake monitoring,oil exploration,guided navigation system and the shell location in the military and other fields.Firstly,the system scheme of wireless network seismic sensor is developed based on the MEMS technology and wireless communication technology.The system consists of seismic acquisition unit and PC control unit,the seismic acquisition unit and PC control unit through wireless module to realize the command and data transmission,The PC control unit sends control command,the seismic acquisition unit can realize seismic data acquisition,data correction and data upload,using GPS module to generate a second pulse signal to achieve the synchronous seismic signal acquisition of each seismic acquisition unit.And then design the hardware circuit of the wireless seismic sensor network system,the hardware circuit includes main controller module circuit design,MEMS sensor module circuit design,wireless module circuit design,GPS module circuit design and USB serial interface circuit design.Finally,the MEMS sensor attitude self-correction algorithm is proposed,and the software design of acceleration sensor self-correction is completed.The experiments prove that the attitude correction algorithm can eliminate the influence of the sensor installation position.After the design of the wireless network seismic sensor system is completed,the system is assembled,the module is debugged,thefield synchronous acquisition experiment and the calibration experiment are completed.Experimental results show that the system can realize the wireless synchronous seismic signal acquisition,seismic sensors through gestures self-tuning treatment can eliminate the influence of the mounting position of the sensor,whichsolved the layout problem of seismic sensors in the special environment.
