The Research On Construction Process Simulation Of Irregular Complex Structure

At present, the large irregular complex architecture is becoming one of the most rapid development, active and featured building types. It needs to introduct the construction process analysis to large irregular complex structure for the conventional design that not consider the construction load and displacement and stress change rule in forming process, which will affect the finally forming condition and even affect the safety of the structure urgently. It has important theoretical significance and practical value to analysis mechanical behavior of structure in the construction process and realizes the design state of structure.Firstly,it is gotten the suitable simulation method for complex structure, the influence of construction simulation stage division, the reasonable arrangement of construction stage, a molding to mult-stages forming, shrinkage and creep to three different structure. Then it is taken the construction scheme, construction sequence, shrinkage and creep into consider to analysis the entire construction process simulation to large irregular complex structure-changsha concert hall by choosing MIDAS/GEN finite element. It is obtained the best construction scheme, construction preset value of large cantilever, the differences of mult-stages forming to a forming, the change rule and characteristics of stress and displacement about line steel box column in the construction process. The key control point and stage are found out. It is made a sensitivity analysis to the influence factors in the construction process, such as shrinkage and creep, construction delay, dead load and construction load. Finally, it is put forward a suitable monitoring system-monitoring system-measuring robot combined with GPS technology for complicated structure. Theory research and system test analysis are launched to survey the points precision. It is used the system to monitor the whole construction process of concert hall and compared with construction simulation results, which is in good agreement with those obtained.It is provide the experience for the domestic complex structure construction and have the important meaning for further study of large and complex engineering construction.
