BIM Application On The Complex Space Hybrid Structure Construction And Key Construction Technology

With the continuous progress and development of society,new forms of structure,construction techniques and building materials are emerging in the field of Architecture,the structure form and function tend to be complex,and the traditional construction technology has been difficult to meet the new requirements.So we need to make more factors into consideration in the formulation of construction scheme,construction of information technology through the establishment of information model to construction process visualization of complex,thus put forward the construction scheme more reasonable,has become the future trend of development of construction industry.In the construction of steel structure,practice has proved that the introduction of BIM technology into the construction of steel structure can realize the simulati on analysis of the construction scheme,thus improving the management efficiency of construction period.The study of steel structure engineering of Xi’an and Xianyang Airport comprehensive bonded area for the transaction service center construction project as the object,combined with the use of BIM technology,research on construction technology of large span steel structure,the main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the actual situation of the project,through the establishment of 6DBIM model,discusses the BIM technology in the special and complex building on modeling,virtual construction,construction mechanics simulation analysis,data integration and analysis,collision detection,schedule management,and other aspects of the application,the application software development and construction site combination realization of time saving,cost saving,enhance the quality and safety,improve work efficiency,and to achieve a complete set of application programs for parallel multi dimension construction project management.(2)The modeling method of complex space,curved rib beam steel structure beam assembling configuration during the sequence and processing technology,control of installation and welding technology,mechanical installation process analysis and Simulation of structural health monitoring is studied,and its application in complex space surface rib Liang Hun steel structure in actual construction structure.The research of this paper will provide reference for the application of BIM in similar projects,and for the key construction technology of the complex curved surface ribbed beam.The research results can be applied to the BIM application of all kinds of housing construction,and thus accelerate the application of BIM technology in specific engineering projects,improve engineering efficiency,and create greater value.
