| With the rapid development of high-speed railway network, giving full play to the high-speed and high-frequency of high-speed railway system relied on the coordination with urban public transportation system, railway transportation system and air transportation system. The established evaluation system of service level on passenger multi-modal transport based on high-speed railways in this paper, could propose a feasible solution to evaluate the stations of high-speed railway, and service level of multi-modal transport which is a important theoretical and practical significance for improving the coordination degree and continuity of multi-modal passenger transport based on high-speed railways. At first, by introducing the research status of domestic and overseas, the concept of multi-modal passenger transport based on high-speed railways is put forward and the structure and modes of multi-modal transport based on high-speed railways are introduced, especially the transfer streamline of passenger for different modes modes is analyzed in detail. Considering the network structure and the characteristics of transport organization for different kinds of transportation in China, the basic condition of developing multi-modal transport based on high-speed railways in China is discussed, and the feasibility is also illustrated.Secondly, the influencing factors of service level on passenger multi-modal transport are elaborated from the design and layout of nodes in network, characteristics of passenger flow and transport organization. Taken service level on the continuity of time, the smooth degree of space and the coordination degree of capacity in the process of multi-modal transport in consideration, the index system on service level of station in multi-modal transport based on high-speed railways is set up from the perspective of relative location and transfer conditions of stations, the adaptability of station capacity, the degree of information organization, and the adaptability of streamline organization; the index system on service level of transport plan in multi-modal transport based on high-speed railways is set up from standpoints of connecting time, connection frequency and matching degree of capacity; the calculation methods of indexs are established. Moreover, comprehensive evaluation is set up according to the two types of index system, and the procedure and methods of comprehensive evaluation are designed. Finally, the index system on station and comprehensive evaluation method are utilized for evaluating the overall service level of the Beijing South Railway Station, and the index system on line plan is utilized for evaluating the service level of transport plan on passenger multi-modal transport along Beijing-Shanghai transport corridor. |
