Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Urban Conventional Public Transport Service Level

Urban public transportation is an indispensable source of power in urban development.In cities where rail transit has not been built into a network or even rail transit,urban residents can only rely on conventional public transport,taxis or private cars.Conventional public transport have become the most widely used public transportation mode for urban residents due to their unique advantages of low payment threshold,wide range of services,and high cost performance.How to reasonably evaluate and improve the service level of conventional public transport has become the focus of research in the field of transportation planning.Therefore,the thesis takes urban conventional public transport as the research object,and conducts more in-depth research and exploration on the construction of the evaluation index system and the method of comprehensive evaluation.First,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the influencing factors of urban conventional public transport and the selection of evaluation indicators,comparing the commonly used comprehensive evaluation models,the evaluation index set of the model is determined from the four aspects of network performance,operational services,vehicle ownership and passenger satisfaction.Fully consider the objective and subjective factors that affect the service level of conventional public transport,and construct an evaluation index system for the service level of conventional public transport.Secondly,the calculation formula and evaluation standard of each evaluation index are proposed,the standard function of non-dimensional processing is selected according to the different types of indexes,and the weighting steps and comprehensive evaluation methods of evaluation indexes are given.Then,start with the practical survey of bus operation,and obtain conventional public transport satisfaction survey data based on the true feelings of passengers.Design the passenger satisfaction survey data entry system for conventional public transport services through LABVIEW software.Establish a structural equation model for passenger satisfaction evaluation,and transform the abstract concept of passenger satisfaction into a passenger satisfaction index.Finally,take Harbin’s conventional public transport as an example,obtain the basic data of regular public transport evaluation indicators and establish a database,including GIS data,public transport data and questionnaire data.The evaluation index data is divided according to their corresponding evaluation grades,and standardized processing is carried out,and the entropy weight method is used to realize the objective weighting of the evaluation indexes and comprehensively evaluate the service level of conventional public transport.The results show that the configuration and planning and management of conventional public transportation facilities in Harbin have good results,which are in line with the level of urban social and economic development,and the degree of passenger satisfaction is high.According to the comprehensive evaluation results,a detailed analysis is carried out,and a number of conventional public transport service level promotion and improvement strategies are proposed.The research results can provide new perspectives and ideas for the evaluation of urban conventional public transport service level.
