From the beginning of1769the invention of the first car in its200years, the lifecourse, the car has witnessed the development and changes of the technologicalsociety is a microcosm of human exploration and knowledge. The automotive fieldbrought out the strength of the human portrayal of the entire scientific world. At thesame time, the strength of the national auto industry also represents a country’s overallnational strength. In the rapid development of technology, more and more technology into people’sdaily lives, and brought us great convenience. Automotive industry as one of thebenchmark of human science and technology to bear the brunt of stood in theforefront of science and technology. Combined with contemporary natural resourcesand the use of cost, combined with the traditional mechanical system has been humanto play to the limit, more and more people will look at the combination of technologyand automotive. More efficient, more environmentally friendly has become a modernautomobile manufacturers to pursue first. Conventional engines due to the limitationsof their mechanical properties, can not do precise gas mixing ratio and ignition timing, resulting in the gas mixture can not be fully burnt, so that both reach the desiredtorque, but also a waste of oil and gas resources, while accompanied by There aremore polluting gases emitted into the atmosphere. The drawbacks to force thetraditional mechanical engine from the historical stage, with the invention of fuelinjection engine, this series of problems solved. China’s auto industry started late, butin the strong national support and research staff for their hard efforts, the domestic carhas been made achievements attracting worldwide attention, low in the high-end carshas been the people’s shadow. As we all know, the core of the EFI engine electronic control unit that is, theECU.ECU is the brain of the EFI car, by receiving the signals of sensors placed onvarious parts of the body returned, data, analysis, calculation, and to issue commandsto control various parts of the body to make the appropriate action. We are familiar with ABS anti-lock braking system, ESP vehicle stability system, Hill Descent andeven high-end infrared collision avoidance, automatic cruise control system is basedon the ECU control. This shows that the ECU is good or bad can determine thesuccess or failure of a car. However, for the EFI engine, the ECU’s research anddevelopment needs of large amounts of data for calibration, to ensure the accuracyand stability of the ECU, which requires a lot of manpower and material resources tomaintain, but also a certain degree of risk. The actual development is often simulatethe real environment to test the calibration of the ECU. But usually need to importthese devices in our country, not only wasting a lot of money, but also radicallyrestricted the development of the automotive engine industry in China. To this end,the authors’ laboratory joint FAW Technology Center has developed several sets ofsimulated engine load. This article focuses on the design of the analog of the naturalgas fuel injection engine load.Ignition and fuel injection system for vehicle engine is critical. Modernautomobile is low energy consumption and high comfort and the direction ofdevelopment, so to improve the ignition and fuel injection system, so that the ignitionis more positive, the fuel utilization rate higher. In this paper, using inductance coil tosimulate load for ignition and fuel injection, ignition coil, inductance stability, littlechange. Can use iron core inductance coil with air gap to simulate, to simulate aninductive load waveform and the real load waveform approach. The injector needlevalve is opened, the working air gap of the coil changes, visible injector at work whenthe coil inductance is changed, in order to achieve the better simulation effect, by theuse of double coil inductance of pulse transformer, i.e. to simulate.
