With the development of tourist industry tourism car safety gets more and more attention. Mechanical property directly affects vehicle operation performance, which is the main supporting body of travel tourism car. Based on TY tourism car frame and aim at Cracking question of TY tourism car frame, analyses the reason of frame crack through the multi-body dynamics and finite element theory, proposes improvement measure, detailed analysis of the dynamic characteristics is done to improved frame and verifies the improvement method is rational.The finite element model of the frame is built in the paper, the largest stress positions were found through steady-state analysis on two typical working conditions of bending and twisting.and improvement method were put forward through comparative analysis of the cracking position on the frame and simulation result, and the feasibility of the frame structure improvement method is proved right from steady-state analysis. Through free modal analysis of improved frame structure the natural frequency of the frame and each order modes is obtained, the natural frequency of the frame which cause of the vibration easily is analyzed, and the date has certain mean to frame structure improvement; Considered the influence of the road, tires and suspensions to the stress of the frame, using obtained modal analysis data,.MNF files of improved frame are generated, and rigid-flexible coupling modal of the whole car is built, through simulation hot spots which have the biggest stress are found, the feasibility of the frame structure improvement method is proved right from transient displacement analysis, loading spectrums at connected positions between suspensions and frame are got in simulation; taking advantage of the connecter between ANSYS and ADAMS, the frame transient response analysis is done through introduction to the ANSYS software, at the same time using simulation data fatigue life analysis has been finished, the feasibility of the frame structure improvement method has been proved right from fatigue life analysis. The research method in the paper has certain guiding significance to tourism car frame dynamics analysis, research result has been applied in production and has strong engineering practical value.
