he energy problem has become the first big problem of the survival and the development of the world, it also is one of the major issues for china to achieve sustainable development to be faced. With the increase of population and the improvement of people’s quality of life, building energy consumption, regardless of the total energy consumption accounted and the proportion is increasing year by year. Retrofitting is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and the effective of that is limited. Thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete is a new type of light green concrete. The building with this concrete has the self-insulation properties. If the surface of this kind of building be added with the insulation materials, it can achieve ultra-high specification building energy efficiency requirements.For thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete engineering practice, prior to the large number of theoretical studies and trials, a lot of results were obtained:the optimized proportion of the concrete with the strength grade from C10to C35, the thermal conductivity from0.206to0.850w/(m·k), and the thermal analysis and the establishment of the seismic model are analyzed. We also take a variety of durability testing including shrinkage, resistance to chloride ion permeability, depth of carbonation, shrinkage, frost resistance, corrosion, resistance to sulfate erosion. That showed the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete used in engineering practice can be achieved.This article is made for the application of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete floor project in Jincheng Phoenix Town19#projects mix ratio experiment and durability analysis. Based on previous studies and laboratory-based research group with the ratio, mainly on local building materials particularity and gives recommendations to meet the requirements of the slump and design mix ratio. The specific research works are as follows:(1) Introduce the mixed environment and the experimental apparatus with the mix proportion study. Equipment and manufacturing done accountable system mixing process (mixing time, the feed sequence, the environment and temperature) were explored and determine the ultimate process.(2) The project of experimental materials were analyzed one by one, including the nature, the similarities and differences with the previous the experiment in materials, and our emphasis was on the more unique materials. The introduction of graded coarse and fine aggregate, and analyze its impact strength, thermal conductivity, slump, determine a variety of materials suitable for practical application of the grading scale. Trial scheduled to discuss each material, the change is only the material, and the remaining material have been using to come to the laboratory with the ratios of materials to facilitate the observation of its unique nature of the glass beads of insulating concrete.(3) According to the laboratory before the Task Force to determine the mixture ratio, combined with the nature of the material derived from the above analysis to determine the five factors, four interval smaller level variable within a certain range and design of L16(45) orthogonal table, analysis of different factors on the strength, thermal conductivity and the size of the extent of working effects, taken into account to determine the concrete construction in the various intensity reference mixture ratio.(4) The reference of the project construction with the ratio of the mixing and molding of the test blocks were a number of durability testing, and reinforced concrete bond strength test, and further use for the glass beads of thermal insulation of concrete projects to provide a reliable to the basis.Through this analysis, that shows the glass beads of insulating concrete used in the project is feasible. Under the premise to meet the work requirements (to meet the pumping liquidity, good cohesiveness and water retention), it can be mixed out to meet the design strength and energy requirements of glass beads of insulation concrete, and the majority of the concrete durability indicators are better than ordinary concrete.The object of this paper,"Glass beads of insulating load-bearing concrete" SIPO invention patents (ZL200610012726.2); system mix more than the C35strength, thermal conductivity of0.3W/(m·k) The following durability standards of the vitrified bead insulating concrete has been issued by the country in a building materials inspection institution and reports; the course of the study has been funded by state-level high-tech enterprises—Taiyuan Sikeda Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd..Successful use of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete, will has a significant impact on environmental protection, energy conservation, construction costs, a significant impact on occupant comfort and health degree, and the project will also serve as a pilot project of energy conservation and the building energy efficiency benchmark.
