The electric parameter monitorism of power supply system is an important link. The low voltage distribution power monitoring device not only can accurately measure the voltage distribution parameters, but also can deliver the parameters to the monitoring center through the Internet. These functions of the device can improve the efficiency and reliability of the power supply operating system and improve the quality of power supply.The low voltage distribution electric parameter monitoring device uses the Cortex-M3kernel LM3S9B96as the system micro-controller, which is produced by the company of Dezhou instruments in the United States, and uses the chip ATT7022B produced by the Shenzhen fire company to realize the function as distribution electric parameter acquisition, processing and transmission. The device not only can realize the function of local display by touching screen, but also realize the function of delivering through Ethernet, in order to achieve power supply centralized monitoring and management.This paper completes the design of hardware circuit, which introduces the function of each part, gives the total circuit diagram. The diagram contains the data acquisition circuit and the microcontroller circuit. The data acquisition circuit comprises a three-phase voltage, three-phase current sampling sampling and the ATT7022B chip peripheral circuit design. The micro controller circuit includes a microcontroller, the EEPROM minimum system circuit, clock circuit, a touch screen display circuit and the Ethernet interface circuit.This paper presents the design and implementation of the software of the device, and gives task and related software flow chart, and gives part of the source code for each task. The content Includes ATT7022B serial communication task, parameter memory task, touching screen display task, Ethernet communication task and the main program.Finally, according to the principle we make the test circuit board, and weld, debugg, and validate the feasibility and rationality of the design, and summarize the paper, points out deficiencies of the design and areas for improvement.
