Study On The Methods In Compiling The Passenger Train Operating Scheme On High-speed Railway

Passenger train scheme of High-speed railway is an important part of the passenger train operation and organization and also the train diagram and EMU use planning are based on it. So, it’s the core issue of railway transportation. Excellent train program can improve transportation quality; increase the operation efficiency of the railway; enhance the ability competing with other modes of transportation. High-speed railway construction in China has entered a phase of rapid development. Many high-speed railroads have been put into operation one by one. So, working out a scientific and reasonable passenger train scheme is becoming an important issue to be solved.Firstly, passenger train organization modes of abroad (Japan, France and Germany) have been analyzed in this paper. And also has done about two typical high-speed railways in China (Beijing-Tianjin inter-city and Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway).Secondly, learn from the previous researches, the definition of passenger train scheme and its composition, the factors that has an influence on making the scheme and the principle in making it have been analyzed. And also have been done on the conditions of operating the cross-line train and the adaptability in running the "evening starting; morning arriving" train.Then, focusing on the analysis of the compiling process of high-speed railway passenger train scheme. Including the principles and methods in selecting the running sections of the train, train type selection and composition analyzing, the method on calculating the number of train, train stops analyzing based on the model which considers two objects——minimum the costs of railway company and the passengers and some restrains like seat-taken ratio,the maximum stops of a train, passenger transportation, analyzing the gap between train starting and arriving on high-speed railway and the existed railway, the contents and methods of scheme checking.Finally, an inter-city railway has been designed. Based on the theoretical analysis above and under the conditions that the OD data and some other useful materials are given, using the compiling process and the simplified model, the final scheme of the example has been done.
