In recent years, metro has become the first choice of more and more people due to its convenience, safety, and smoothness. Accordingly, the subway station gets more and more crowed. Owing to the fact that it is relatively closed and full of people, once fire occurs in the station, the consequence is more than we can imagine. It will do harm to people, as well as economic development and social stability.The paper designs the complete fire extinguishing system of Ocean Park Subway Station based on the relevant national standards, the technical specification, energy conservation and environmental protection concept. The main design content includes" fire water supply system, automatic sprinklers, fire extinguisher distribution, gas fire-extinguishing systems, smoke control system and the automatic fire alarm system.The fire water supply system design raises the utilization rate of municipal network water supply and cut down engineering cost through by reasonable pipe network layout, reducing the use of equipment such as pump, and so on. The automatic sprinklers are installed at both ends of the station hall according to the advantages and disadvantages of the sprinkler system and the actual situation of this project. Through comprehensive comparing and evaluating the effect, environmental protection performance, the safety of people and device, the applicability of the subway engineering, system characteristic, economic and other aspects of three different gas fire-extinguishing systems, the Heptafluoropropane gas automatic fire extinguishing system is used.
