As one of the most important components in the rail traffic construction, rail can directly bear the weight of the train and its loading weight passed by wheels, and guide the running direction of the train. While the length of single rail is only25or100metres, connecting different rail to as long as500metres by welding technology is necessary. Only by processing the rail joints to make them smooth and straight can practical requirement be met. Rail fine grinding machine is a special grinding equipment on rail welding joint, so its own research and development is urgently needed.The overall program of rail fine grinding machine is designed, which has a significant impact on system performance, size, shape, quality and production cost. Thus in the overall design, we should make full use of the modern design method.which provides a variety of advanced design principle, comprehensive utilization of mechanical, electronic and other key technology and attach importance to scientific experiments for Novel and correct in principle, feasible in practice, advanced in technology, reasonable and save in economy.In this paper, with the background of a domestic rail welding plant rail welding technology, a machine overall plan is designed. The overall scheme mainly includes the processing scheme, machine layout, hydraulic system, electrical control system parameter setting, dust and auxiliary device etc.. This paper focuses on the fine grinding machine hydraulic control which is compared in terms of system design and calculation, especially for the hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic pump, which is designed from the Parameter analysis and model identifying. Finally, the simulation model of hydraulic control system is established by using the AMESim simulation software, and dynamic simulation and optimization of hydraulic actuators are carried out.Based on the development in the hydraulic system of rail fine grinding machine, a set of advanced, reliable and efficient hydraulic control system is provide for rail fine grinding machine. At the same time, it provides valuable reference and reference for the research and development of other railway equipments.
