With the development of society, numerical control machine is widely used in the area of mechanical. This design is a practice by using numerical control knowledge. Main contents are divided into four parts to introduce the graduation project systematically.Part one is introduction, introducing the required precision for high-speed railway and designing a Rail Fine Grinding Machine is necessary.Part two is the whole design of the machine, including the introduction of the machining method and the whole design of the placement. The machine’s overall traffic in general, including walking engine, hydraulic control system, electrical control system, grinding beam components,grinding head and the vertical servo system.Part three is the focus of the design about the hydraulic control system of the machine. Hydraulic system is source of power for the machine tool. Its working principle is transforming the hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and driving different movement. First, decide the draft of the system. Then the design of hydraulic control system includes four parts in this paper:one part is the choice of the implementation, including hydraulic motors, hydraulic cylinders fixture on the clamping hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic cylinder vertical servo system selection. The second part is the choice of a variety of hydraulic valves. The third part is the choice of hydraulic pumps and drive motors.Part four is the design of PLC control system for the hydraulic control system, choosing the type of the PLC and drawing Ladder diagram and wiring diagram based domination principle.
