| Through analysing traditional portal crane structure system and referring to structural support in bridge, a new-type portal crane based on Y-type strut is put forward in this thesis. Finite element model of traditional structure and new-type structure is established in ANSYS software, then analysing and calculating two structure model, it is found that this new structure is more excellent than traditional structure by comparing the analysis results. So this new-type portal crane based on Y-type strut is proved to be feasible.Structure analysis of mechanical properties includes two respects of static analyses and dynamic analyses. Static analysis mainly includes structure strength analysis and static stiffness analysis. Through the analysis, check structure strength and static stiffness according to Design Rules for Crane, and strengthen the parts of the weak. Dynamic analysis is mainly to analyse dynamic rigidity of new-type portal crane structure. Through modal analysis and harmonious response analysis, key inherent frequencies affecting dynamic properties of structure system are determined, and check these key inherent frequencies according to Design Rules for Crane. Meanwhile, all analytical results are extracted as state variables or objective function for dynamic optimum design.Dynamic optimum design of new-type portal crane structure system is accomplished by ANSYS finite element analysis software. Firstly, the twenty-third order modal frequency and the weight of structure system are respectively considered as objective function to do sensitivity analysis to determine the dynamic optimum design variables. Secondly, consider analysis datum extracted from static analysis and dynamic analysis as state variables to do dynamic optimum design for structure system. After optimization analysis, two optimum design programs having different optimization objectives are compared, in order to acquire a design program of new-type portal crane structure with lighter weight and high-performance static and dynamic characteristics. |
