With the sustained development of China's industry,the strength of commodity trade and infrastructure construction has also increased.At the same time,the demand for gantry crane,which is a heavy lifting equipment,is increasing.According to the relevant information published by the General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection,more than 40% of the accidents related to gantry cranes occur in the failure of special equipment.Because the monitoring and diagnosis function of gantry cranes is not perfect,and professionals judge the operation status and failure of gantry crane by on-site investigation and naked eye identification,which also leads to the failure of monitoring and diagnosis of gantry crane in high-intensity operation,which may lead to serious security risks.Therefore,in view of the imperfect monitoring and diagnosis function,this paper will develop a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system for MG type universal gantry crane based on Web,and realize real-time online monitoring and accurate and efficient fault diagnosis function for gantry crane on B/S architecture.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)Analyze the research status of gantry crane monitoring and diagnosis at home and abroad.According to the development of gantry cranes and the development of various companies,the development of monitoring and diagnosis of gantry cranes at home and abroad is analyzed.According to the development reality of Web technology at home and abroad,the monitoring and diagnosis of gantry crane based on Web technology is analyzed.development trend.2)The overall scheme of Web-based MG type universal gantry crane remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system is designed.Through the corresponding national standards and data books,the required parameters and system functions of gantry crane monitoring were analyzed,the data transmission scheme of Ajax and the data analysis solution based on Active X control technology were determined,and the MG type general gantry crane was established.The main content of troubleshooting.3)A GA-BP neural network crane gearbox fault diagnosis method based on morphological component analysis(MCA)is proposed.The mechanism and characteristics of the gear and rolling bearing faults in the gearbox are analyzed,and the characteristic parameters characterizing the fault condition are established.The GA algorithm is used to improve the shortcoming of the BP network to fall into the local minimum.The MCA method is used to optimize the fault characteristics of the gearbox vibration data.The component speeds up the convergence of GA-BP and improves the accuracy of the diagnosis.The validity and speed of the method are verified by experimental data sets and public data sets.4)A fault diagnosis method based on fault tree analysis(FTA)for gantry crane electrical equipment expert system is proposed.Through FTA to determine the diagnostic method of MG type universal gantry crane driving and electrical equipment,build a related fault tree,and build an expert system knowledge base.The FTA and minimum segmentation importance analysis are used to study and design the expert system inference engine and conflict resolution strategy,and the fault case is used to verify the efficiency and accuracy of the FTA-based expert system diagnosis.5)Developed a Web-based MG-type universal gantry crane remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system software.The database form is designed by the overall scheme of the system and the fault diagnosis method,and the corresponding data monitoring analysis and fault diagnosis functions are realized,and the real-time use of the software and the convenience of human-computer interaction on the mobile device are ensured.
