Shield method is an advanced construction technology with the development of city traffic, aqueduct, electric control and communication equipment, also a type of complicated engineering high-technology, which is related with the subjects of machinery, electronics, hydraulics, measurement and controlling. Thrust system, as an important part of shield machine, undertakes the jacking of the shield machine. So, researching the shield thrust hydraulic system is the precondition of mastering the shield performance overall, which has far-reaching meaning to improve equipment manufacturing level and enhance our independence innovation capacity. This paper mainly researches the following problems, using the shield electro-hydraulic control synthetic experimental platform thrust hydraulic system as research object.Design of thrust system control program and selection of hydraulic components are made. Joint-group control technique and load-sensitive control technology are adopted in the control project, making the hydraulic system simplified and energy-efficient. Pressure and flow compound control technique is used in the hydraulic system in order to meet the synchronous control demand of propelling pressure and speed.Simulative models of thrust system and load are set up in AMESim. All around parameters of the primary hydraulic component models are selected. Open loop and PID closed-loop simulations of the hydraulic system are made. According to the analysis results, using pressure and flow compound control technique can achieve pressure&flow closed-loop control. Control performance of system achieves the scheduled standards fundamentally.In view of the complex and varied external condition of shield thrust system, this paper simulates the fuzzy control strategy and fuzzy-PID control strategy of it in multi-external loads, based on the Joint Modeling and Simulation Environment (JMASE) of AMESim and Matlab/Simulink. Then it analyzes the merits and demerits of PID control strategy, fuzzy control strategy and fuzzy-PID control strategy, also their effects to the system. According to the simulation results, fuzzy-PID has better dynamic and static response characteristics, and satisfies the control need of shield thrust system commendably, having small fluctuation of pressure and speed. Based on these, the coordinated control theory of shield thrust system is put forward.
