Double Shield Tunneling Machine, with concerns of light, machine, electricity, hydraulic, sensing, information etc, is a kind of engineering machine used for underground excavation, which is applied in complex terrane tunnel construction widely. Double Shield Tunneling Machine rely on the hydraulic thrust system to advance, As tunneling boring machine's a key system, the hydraulic thrust system achieve the thrust as a key of shield tunneling machine. The working characteristics of hydraulic thrust system directly relates to the correctness, reliability, security. of the engineering construction. In recent years ,along with many tunnel to come forth, the application of Shield Tunneling Machine is becoming more and more popular. So it can to provide certain theoretical support for design of thrust system in our country that designing and studying hydraulic thrust system of Double Shield Tunneling MachineHydraulic system design, hydraulic component's selection are presented in this paper. Simulation model of thrust system is created using AMESim. and Open-loop control system dynamic simulation and compound pressure and flow closed-loop control are made, the results is proved the latter has good control performance.First , the development of Double Shield Tunneling Machine home and abroad are summarized, and the content and significance of the paper are briefly introduced. Next, the principle solution's selection and design of trust system of Double Shield Tunneling Machine are made at length. Hydraulic component's selection and structural design are presented. Grouping control technology is adopted, which simplify structure of the system and reduce control complexity. And pressure and flow compound control strategy is used for every group. And more, simulation model of thrust system and load are created using AMESim. And the parameters of the model are selected and determined. Open-loop control system dynamic simulation and compound pressure and flow closed-loop control are made, and control performance is analyzed. Last, to build electro-hydraulic proportional control system Using FESTO hydraulic control experiment platform. To analysis experimental results, summary the control performance Comparing experiment with simulation of pressure and flow compound control.
