Shield tunneling machine is a set of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, control, information technology and other disciplies into one large tunnel boring equipment, widely used in railway, highway, municipal, hydropower tunnel project. The is one of the critical systems shield machine, bear shield tunneling machine in the process of jacking task. Research on the shield machine thrust hydraulic system, a clearer understanding of the characteristics and overall system performance, and for domestic shield machine design, manufacturing and improved to provide a theoretical support has important significance. This paper proposes the use of a hydraulic proportional valve control of the propulsion cylinder pressure and proportional variable pump speed control of the propulsion cylinder, to achieve control and advancing the process of adjustment to the amount of surface subsidence shield machine attitude to the right along the route forward. On this basis a modeling and simulation analysis of its propulsion systems, the actual verification to prove it has good control effect.The main contents are as follows:(1) Comprehensively discusses the development course of shield machine, technology status and development trend, briefly introduces electrohydraulic proportional technology, and emphasize the electro-hydraulic proportional technology in the application of shield machine. Introduced in this paper, the main research direction and content, expounds the purpose and significance of the thesis.(2) The advance of thrust hydraulic system of tunneling shield machine, including the design of the hydraulic principle method, control mode selection and calculation of system. In the control plan design by grouping the joint control technology and electro-hydraulic proportional technology, simplifies the system structure, high efficiency and energy saving is realized. And the system is realized by using proportional pressure reducing valve and proportional variable pump pressure and velocity control.(3) The AMESim simulation software is used to establish the simulation model of propulsion system and load propulsion system for the open loop and PID closed-loop simulation, through the simulation analysis it is concluded that the designed hydraulic system has good stability and adaptability.(4) An analysis of the actual validation propulsion system, using shenyang heavy group of shield is debugging equipment, mining process for data collection, the results show that the system of the actual curve with theoretical curve, the design of the thrust hydraulic system has good reliability.
