In recent years, China’s sustained, rapid economic and social development, motor vehicle ownership increase the amount of lead to the urban road traffic congestion is worsening, the construction of subway lines is clearly an effective way to alleviate the pressure of road traffic, is also an important measure to promote urban economic developmentfollowing Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, have gradually begun planning and construction of major cities all kinds in traffic subway or light rail transit project. However, because each city’s layout and passenger flow characteristics of the same, for some special form of the city’s rail transit system, how efficient and safe rail transport operating organizations is particularly important.In this paper, the system’s point of view, and qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination of research methods, Metro Line1of the characteristics of typical strip city of Lanzhou City and its planning projects for the study, summarized its urban layout and traffic problems,in-depth analysis to summarize the overall city and along the line1has a special passenger spatial and temporal distribution characteristics, and analysis, to determine the program applicable to the regularity of urban trips on the related factors of the urban rail transport organizations, as well as a variety of operational programs, including rail train marshalling selection scheme to determine the balanced long line for a variety of routing form along the passenger distribution, combined with the special cross-road and passenger characteristics and using different stops in the program. Finally, we discuss the establishment of virtual extravagant passengers in the station waiting time and train transport capacity to minimize the objective function value multi-objective optimization model to determine the track and time of the train starting station optimization, but also the introduction of a binary coded genetic algorithmexplored research, and based on passenger data on the1st line of morning and evening peak hours, by means of using C++language compiler model solver calculated the schedules to optimize the opening line of the morning and evening peak hours the train starting station.
