Compilation of train plan for dedicated passenger line is an important part of operating organization which directly determines important parts of train operation, such as types of passenger trains, quantity of dispatched trains, arrival and departure stations, operation distance and stop schedule plan,and it is the basis of the train diagram drawing.In this paper, compilation of train plan and optimization methods for passenger dedicated line are researched based on experience and research results at home and abroad. First, affected factors and compilation principles about compilation of train plan for passenger dedicated line are analyzed, then a multi-objective programming model are established which aims at maximizing revenue of passenger dedicated line department, maximum satisfaction of passengers and the travel demand of passengers. Constraint conditions of this model are relationships of station operation capacity, section carrying capacity, meeting demand of passengers and train personnel quota,then solution of this model was analyzed.Secondly, a function model of train plan about passenger flow was established through analyzing passenger flow, adopting satisfactory degree function as intermediate variable.At last, the variation of traveller flow of train plan for2020 was calculated based on relevant data of HE-BENG passenger dedicated line. The affection of train plan own was emphatically analyzed, through comparing the variation of traveller flow after train plan was changed and variation of objective function values,a optimization idea was described briefly.In this paper, Passenger Dedicated Line Passenger Train programs and interaction between traffic, the introduction of mathematical iterative thinking. In the use of the existing traffic or the traffic projections set the initial open-line program, based on the satisfaction index of the passenger flow through the re-allocation, get new traffic data, and then according to the new traffic data re-enact the CDB program, and so on iterations to achieve the CDB program optimization.Relationship between train plan for passenger dedicated line and passenger flow was utilized to bring in the mathematical iterative thinking. On the base of compiling train plan through existing passenger flow utilization or the predicting passenger flow, through redistributing passenger flow by satisfaction index,new passenger flow data can be got, then compiled the train plan on the basis of new passenger flow data, and optimization of train plan can be achieved through this cycle.
