At present, main distribution management system have the distribution automation system, the power consumption information collection system, the marketing management system and so on. However, the situations of long period independent operation of each kind of system and lack of effective integration obstruct the inter-departmental coordination of business operations.First, the paper analyzed the research background and current situation with the electricity system and IEC61968standard.Then, the paper researched the models (the topology model, the model of distribution lines, the power distribution load model, the distribution equipment container and the distribution transformers model) which based on the meaning and characteristics of the IEC61968CIM object-oriented model.And then the paper analyzed the CIM/XML data structure, and researched the mapping strategy of the CIM database model, included of named, primary key and several relationships (inheritance, association, aggregation).Finally, the paper finished the system architecture, the system deployment and function of the system, showed the interfaces and codes of this three functions including power outages integrated management, user energy management and demand response and analyzed their realizations.The platform solves the exchange problem of data among multi-platform and multi-system, and improves comprehensive gird monitoring capabilities, reduces the outage time, promotes the degree of satisfaction, and enhances the user interaction.
