As an important form of solar energy utilization, PV power generation is accomplished by PV panel converting solar energy into electricity. Along with the related technology improvement, PV power generation will be one of the most promising power generations. Therefore PV inverter, the core component in the PV power generation, has been booming. And PV power generation system monitoring technology has proposed more and more requirements, from initial data analysis for technical staff to better user experience to inverter. Current inverter monitoring mainly adopts485interface, CAN interface, GPRS interface or Internet interface. These interfaces are applied in the large-scaled PV power plant. Because their application must utilize shielding communication cables and these interface costs are relatively higher. Thus it is not cost-efficient to adopt these interfaces in residential or small-scaled PV power plant. The article will introduce a new wireless monitoring device for low-power inverters, to fill the gap and reduce the monitoring cost.The detailed work is illustrated as below:1). Introduction of the wireless monitoring device design based on STM32L considering domestic and international market requirements, including the detailed design principles of functional modules, hardware and software implement.2). Achievement of automatic networking function for wireless network. Integrate automatic networking function into industrial MODBUS protocol.3). Virtualization of8M flash into U disk to facilitate data access. EFSL document system is added into the system.4). IAP function based on U disk;5). Low power consumption design to make system work for3months under two5#batteries power supply.6). Battery charging circuit included in the system and foolproof design of non-chargeable batteries.7). LCD screen of240*160pixel for data visual display to gain better user experience.8). Thorough test of the system...
