This paper mainly includes the following contents:First of all, introduce domestic and foreign development condition of the filling machine and capping part of the filling machine, and several kinds of capping machine and capping principle. Establish the three-dimensional model of the capping system.Secondly, introduces the principle of the original capping part and structure, and analysis of the reason of the low productivity, defective goods, Put forward the corresponding solutions, improve its transmission mode, comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of every solution, and then got the optimal solution. Then, research the original screw head design principle, through magnetic mechanics method to calculate the plugging head, find out problems, and design a new plugging head. At the same time to design each of the other components of the structure.Once again, to improve the working stability, take the support stiffness theory as a foundation, design and improvement of the supporting structure of the capping part.Finally, establish a new design model, analysis and calculation the stress of key components of mechanism. Through the ANSYS Workbench software to carry on the static analysis, analysis of its deformation and stress distribution, to see if the design is meet the requirements, if there is a problem, with this analysis results, make further improvement. In addition to design the experimental verification device, used to verify the feasibility of the design.Through the design process above, we got a new capping system which has higher productivity than the original system, high rate of perfect finished products, also has good maintainability.
