At present, the mechanical recovery is the main way China’s major crude oil production.Oil field development can be divided into mechanical pumping oil, oil submersible pump,submersible screw pump oil and other oil and gas lift, which way oil pumping unit accounted ninety-one% of the total, with the additional servo technology development and continues to mature, its application has become more widespread. If servo technology for oil recovery system can achieve closed-loop control of the whole system, speed range, efficiency and high power factor, improved controllability and energy-saving rate of the system, to achieve flexible production wells. Therefore, the servo technology in submersible pumping system has become a trend.Research on this subject is mainly theoretical research methods combined with practice.First, the existing knowledge of in-depth study and research, a full understanding of the current level of technology and future trends. In the current technical and theoretical grasp the overall situation of the premise, to determine the main objectives of the research topic,namely the technical difficulties submersible servo system in the course of the study objectives, combined with magnetic encoder technology, high pressure seal assembly technology, submersible Wing magnet synchronous motor technology, dual-controller technology, cooling technology, submersible motor servo system design, coding design,controller design analysis and research, according to the actual situation and according to the operating personnel, technical personnel communication, summarized the critical knowledge and information, followed by the actual site survey, data collection is done. According to the actual needs of the target, and ultimately determined that the need to analyze the overall mission and goals, direct drive screw downhole submersible servo system design, how to solve the magnetic encoder technology, high pressure seal assembly technology, submersible permanent magnet synchronous motors technology, dual-controller technology, cooling technology these technical difficulties is the key to the success or failure of the system design.Through exploration and research, we put forward the key technology, to better address the above technical difficulties for the design and development of direct drive screw downhole submersible servo system paved the way.
