Generally, due to the military vehicle’s electric equipment is a lot, there will be a system used for electric equipment for the power distribution and supply, usually, the system is visible and maneuverable, it can control and operate the electric equipment in a way. The stable and reliable working of the system determines the normal working of every function equipment on military vehicle. Farther, it will affect the completion of military mission based on military vehicle. There for, the design of military vehicle’s power supply distribution system is a very important topic.The military vehicle’s power supply distribution system is consisted by two parts, one is power part, which generate the standard electric energy. The other is distribution part, which control the output of electric energy. Today, in many designs, the two parts are two independent system module and they are separately installed to the vehicle. Usually, the two parts in this type of design takes too much room and the connections are too many.This design discussed a way to unite the power part and the distribution part. It use a simple and intuitional matrix model to express and build the system, use reliable, real-time and flexible CAN communication to complete signal network, use man-machine interface to realize the visual operation. The matrix power supply distribution system is concise in structure, connected simple and convenient to extend. Due to the different parts of the system adopted modular design, this system is very convenient to maintain and overhaul.This paper introduced the key technology of some power supply design in current time, researched the demand of military power supply system. According to the demand characteristic, I designed the matrix model of this system, and introduced how the system worked. Finally, this paper described the realizing of the matrix system from the hardware and software design in detail.The hardware design is modularized to the greatest extent to reduce the difficulty in debugging and installation. This design take every function piece as a unit, finished the design and debugging step by step to ensure every unit work safely, stable and reliable. The hardware work piece completed in this design includes auxiliary power supply, detection and switch control, the CPU control, PFC, inverter, and voltage stabilizer and so on. The software design started from the angle of system, considered the method and procedure to realize the system. Pagination surface design, man-machine interface control procedures and the CPU control node are the three parts which complete the system of control procedures.In the last part of this paper, through some test process and system design results to show that the matrix in-vehicle power supply distribution system discussed in this paper lives up to the design objective and demand.
