The development of vehicle industry triggers the ownership of family car's and user demand of vehicle comforts increases accordingly.Vehicle companies need research new technique to fulfill users' requirement based on the security.Vehicle multimedia information system display is of various types,and their function and performance have drastically improved.Traditional vehicle multimedia information system is of low contrast,small visibility angle,low luminance and fails in color difference issues.Vehicle companies need improve display effect accordingly.This thesis is based on current internationally popular vehicle system – capacitive liquid crystal display,combined with the development tendency of vehicle multimedia display system and compared the display techniques according to vehicle specialty.This thesis focuses on the demand of vehicle user to vehicle multimedia display;analyzes the liquid crystal display techniques;uses full advantages of MVA TFT LCD for vehicle multimedia display and balance technology of capacity panel;designs the technical solution for TFT LCD in vehicle display;establishes the illumination testing and judging standards for TFT LCD;based on real application and from perspectives of reliability,luminance,view angle and contrast,finds the lack and improve it in the standards;compares and evaluates the technical solution of current mature display;uses methods of testing and theory to design and develop capacity TFT LCD display;establish feasible solution for failures in development and provides technical preference for vehicle industry.According to actual development issues,this thesis raises possible solution and increases product's robust.This thesis is based on actual development case,evaluates base on real application in development and is applicable for real cases.This thesis establish foundation for further study.
