Building energy consumption accounts for large proportion in the total energy consumption, most of our buildings do not meet the requirement of energy efficiency, so. the research and design of energy efficient and insulation construction is necessary. The thesis is based on the new type of thermal insulation concrete materials, this new type of concrete material has a low apparent density; thermal conductivity coefficient is small, high strength, sound insulation, seismic performance, and low cost performance. Housing overall design and research combines these advantages with steel frame structure, this structure is light, energy efficient, thermal insulation, and has good anti-seismic performance, convenient construction etc.Through analysis on energy efficient thermal insulation system and structural characteristic, choose steel frame system as the structural frame system and use energy efficient thermal insulation of lightweight aggregate concrete slab which has been completed by team as palisade structure, mainly through bolt connection, and building roof adopts light steel structure, above-mentioned all system form integral design programs.Through calculating the internal force, sidesway, stability of a three layer building which combine steel frame with new energy efficient thermal insulation of lightweight aggregate concrete slab to prove that structural various aspects meet the requirements. Then, by means of calculating the beam and column connection design, energy efficient thermal insulation light slab frame beams and columns connection design of steel frame-light plank energy efficient anti-seismic type houses make the structure meet reliable connection requirements; the roof of building on the design make the structure meet the characteristic of light energy efficient thermal insulation; the design on the pavement of floor and wall, on the hole, on the tectonics perfect the anti-seismic design; The design of waterproof and fireproof make the structure meet corresponding requirements; Meanwhile.through designing structural shape, building envelope, doors and windows, sunvisors improve energy efficient, lower structural energy consumption, finally, ABAQUS and DEST are used to make the numerical simulation for the energy efficient and anti-seismic performance of whole building. the result of simulation show that overall building has good insulation energy efficient and seismic performance.Steel frame-light plank energy efficient anti-seismic type houses which through above-mentioned design has many superior performance of low energy, good thermal insulation, good seismic, and recycling, not only satisfy energy efficient requirement but also can apply to the area of anti-seismic demand, meanwhile, also be used in the construction of energy-saving, make a better foundation for spreading light energy efficient slab in future, and provide the design idea as the time raise the level of design.
