Thee Modern City Bus With Humanization Design And Research

With the arrival of the age of the automobile, the number of private cars in the cityincreases sharply, it is a very big threat for energy、natural environment and city traffic.If we can make people travel with public transportation, make full use of every space,we could promote the harmonious development of city and human.With thedevelopment of the city and modernization,bus which is an important part of urbanpublic transport,not only carries people daily traffic mission,but also reflects city’smodernization development.This paper has analyzed the domestic and foreign existing city bus,investigated thelife style of bus workers and passengers in Wuhan,and showed the possibility andnecessity of humanized design in the modern city bus.Based on these,this paper hasfound the main disadvantage of the existing domestic city bus in human naturedesign,and achieved a breakthrough on the design.For example:if low and flat floor could be used in bus,it would greatly improve thecomfort and convenience,and reduce the tired feeling of the riders.And there are manyother problem,such as the position of armrest.The artistical and human nature design could make bus abound aestheticfeeling,full of appeal and vitality,and let passengers feel comfortable.According to theneeds of passengers,some characteristics such as,good spatial distribution,the spacioustraffic corridor,seats with human body labor economy and comfort,the materialreflecting warmth and enthusiasm, should be considered in designing the inside of thebus.
