The application of Power Grid Control Integration has posed higher demands for the construction of Power Grid Scheduling Technical Support System. Based on a principle of reflecting the advance of science and technology, focusing on practical application, and looking forward, this article considers the Power Grid Scheduling Technical Support System of Fuyang Power Supply Bureau, Zhejiang, and learns from the advanced techniques and research findings in relevant areas. Additionally, this article explores the functional construction and deepened application of Power Grid Scheduling Technical Support System in counties, adopting advanced technical standard and basing on supporting the operation of intelligent power grid. Moreover, this article focuses on improving the intelligence level of operation monitoring, power grid reactive voltage coordination control level and scheduling safety management level, so as to improve the construction and application level of Power Grid Scheduling Technical Support System, thus providing effective technical support for the scientific scheduling, centralized monitoring and increasing efficiency by downsizing payrolls. As a result, this article also provides effective plans to realize the transformation from human experience analysis to automatic intelligent scheduling, making the system become a powerful technical guarantee for the generation of electricity under control integration mode.This article has studied the constructing system and the overall structure of Power Grid Scheduling Technical Support System, and summarized the SCADA, PAS, DTS and the safety protection system of Secondary Power System; and, to improve the standard of intelligence operation monitoring, has specifically studied the deepened application of EMS in power grid control integration in counties, the classification standard and function of Intelligent Alarm Information, the construction of Accident Treatment Expert System, and the functional application plans of AVQC. Based on the real case of AVQC system of Fuyang Power Grid, this article has proved that, with AVQC system, grid voltage quality can be improved, reactive power balance layer partition can be realized, network loss can be reduced and the level of power grid reactive voltage coordination control can be improved as well. Moreover, this article has studied the application of Scheduling Intelligence Operation Ticket System in counties. With this advanced figure-ticket integration technology and safety check technology, the accuracy and safety of operation ticket can be secured, thus guaranteeing the stable and safe operation of power grid and improving the safety management of scheduling.Finally this article has looked into the distance to the construction of other advanced systems that adapting to regulation integration modes, such as Visualization Technique, Trouble Wave Recording and Protection Management System, Backstage Remote Control and Programmed Control.
