With the development of China’s modernization process, power technologyrevolution, along with the reform of modern electric power system.The needs of thedevelopment of power grid dispatching automation and power grid, is one of thetechnical support of power to the market.In this environment, grid technologyincreasingly rapid development and mature, i.e.power dispatch system of intelligentlevel is higher and higher, the intelligent technology emerge in endlessly, schedulingautomation and substation digitization system continuously upgrade.This article is totake this opportunity to the domestic advanced electric power dispatching technologysupport system problems related to the content and make the support system ofscheduling technology from xinxiang’s smart grid(D5000) in the construction periodof D5000through the period of the old scheduling system which is not stop runing asthe realistic background, analying current i.e.power dispatch system in some of themore practical research and discussion.Put forward the development direction of someconstructive and feasibility of the implementation of the scheme to the region ofxinxiang’s intelligent power grid scheduling related work in the future.Maincompleted the following work:The article points out that the new type of intelligent power grid dispatchingautomation system, it is necessary to establish the networked model of the provincialsmart grid and the city’s smart grid. Integration model than the original structure ofhierarchical dispatching automation, has obvious advantages in terms of intelligence.Respectively from the hardware and software configuration, operation mode, the mainrequirements, scheduling communication function upgrade, the new schedulingsystem more in line with the main intelligent advantages.A series of typical experience analysis summary parallel transition from the newscheduling standeth thed5000system during the construction period of practicalproblems,in order to improving the security of the new system construction, soeedingup the commissioning of the new system efficiency, guaranteeing that the new systemsuccessfully enabled the intelligent function.(3)State estimation function is the core of the high-grade function from D5000and the measurement index of the networked model of the provincial smart grid andthe city’s smart grid.The paper analysis summarized experience and measures forimproving the qualification rate of state estimation of the xinxiang’s smart grid,asresearching State estimation function from D5000.(4)Improving of the function to the automatic control of voltage in D5000is aimportant indicators to Raising the level of intelligent scheduling and monitoringstaff.The function of the automatic control of voltage in D5000needs to solve thepractical problems and emergency during the construction process of D5000,at thesame time the paper studys the problem too.The paper help scheduling staff more effective regulation of busbar voltage cross the line,by studying the automatic controlof voltage in xinxiang’s smart grid.
