Research On The Upgrading Project Of Benxi Smart Grid Dispatching Technical Support System

With the development of smart grid in China, in order to become the powerscheduling technology support system based on smart grid, the traditional power gridscheduling technology support system has been upgraded, which has become animportant means of building a strong power grid. Meanwhile, the power grid iscarrying out "three sets of five" management system, it is the necessary requirementto ensure the safe and stable operation of power system under the developmentsituation of large-scale power grid and the UHV direction, and it is an importantprerequisite to reduce the loss of power grid operation and improve the assetutilization. In recent years, Benxi electric power company was listed as the first batchof pilot project implementation unit of the upgrading project of state grid.In this paper, we use the theories and methods of project management, and basedon the upgrading project of smart grid scheduling technology support system, Benxielectric power company was studied the preliminary planning.Firstly, based on the research of scheduling integration at home and abroad, andaccording to the construction situation of distribution integration in Benxi electricpower company, we analyzed the necessity of upgrading project, and proposed theoverall construction ideas of Benxi smart grid scheduling technology support systemto upgrade; secondly, we studied the design goal, system platform architecture andmain function of project foundation platform subsystem, and we focused on thethree kinds of application upgrading of project application subsystem, as well as theproject data center were also upgraded, including the upgrading of system hardwareconfiguration, application software configuration and automation room transformation;finally, we constructed the implementation of security system and evaluation systemof the project, and provided a reference for the next step of the system upgrading. Toachieve the Benxi smart grid deployment information integration, informationinteraction, realize the upgrade from traditional scheduling to intelligent scheduling,and realize the intensive and centralized management of deployment and a full rangeof advanced application.
