With the development of national economy and the acceleration of the speed of urbanization, the office building with glass curtain wall also rise. Office building where Office workers stay for a long time demand higher indoor thermal environment, that result in more energy consumption. Therefore, it is very necessary to seek a reasonable air organization form to satisfy the need of energy saving and comfort for the energy shortage in China.In this paper, some objects in the study of the glass curtain wall office room has been simplified by computational fluid dynamics theory and methods. at the same time, the corresponding mathematical model and physical model were established. Application of Fluent software, use of the κ-ε there-equation turbulence model and N point momentum draught model to simulate the summer indoor air distribution in existing office. it draw temperature and velocity contours at the across-section X=0.5m, Z=1.1m. And Measuring the two planes air temperature and airflow velocity by the multi-function measuring instrument. The results show that the numerical simulations and the actual measurement data keeps consistent basicly, confirmed that the κ-ε turbulence model in the numerical computation to the air distribution of air conditioning room is feasible.This paper also simulate airflow organization under different conditions to side air supply and top air supply. In the same ventilation rate and the same supply air temperature, numerical simulated and calculated all kinds of airflow organization for different air supply wind speed and different air ports position, obtained the temperature field and airflow velocity field of the corresponding plane. Through the analysis and comparison, that the airflow organization form of Strip outlet sent back, air speed1.5m/s, air ports near the curtain wall are better than the other airflow organization form in energy saving and comfort. The results can provide the theory basis and the scientific guidance for the future air conditioning system design of the same type building, and it also show that CFD technology have a big advantage as a kind of auxiliary design.
