In this paper, according to the theory of modern hydraulic control,combined with the practical situation of industrial and a large number of documents,a new concept-flow distribution proportion is put forword,that is flow proportional distribution,by a fuel driving more actuators.according to different control requirements, in accordance with the ratio of the reservation, each execution element is supplied with different flow,in order to obtain the different speed and displacementand to meet the operation condition of the different requirements.Through the flow of the proportional distribution.Multi-cylinder synchronization control and plane curve tracking and so on can be regarded as special cases of flow proportional distribution applications.With the help of the related literature at home and abroad, It is found that the flow distribution proportion theory research lagged behind technology application.and a lot of problems have not been definited clearly yet. In view of the above questions,the ways of flow proportional distribution are discussed in detail in this paper.From the classification of flow proportional distribution forms,distribution of open-loop and closed-loop flow ratio were made in-depth study about these two contral forms,made available for practical forms available and a number of flow proportional distribution applications are described.The open loop flow proportional distribution in throttling speed flow proportional distribution mathematical model is established,and the mathematics model are discussed, as a result the system flow instability in the running process of the system load is caused by the variation of pressure fluctuations.Open loop flow proportional system accuracy is only determined by the precision of component itself.When the conditions change this always be cannot automatically corrected,so it can only be used for high precision of low speed flow of occasions;while the error of the closed loop flow proportional distribution system can be automatically corrected,so the accuracy is higher than that of the open loop system. The form of closed-loop flow ratio distribution is divided into the proportion distribution of single-variable flow and that of two-variable flow ratio,various types of valves can be used as control valves of the two forms,in this paper a master of electro-hydraulic proportional valve is chcsen,at first mathematical model of the throttle valve is established of electro-hydraulic proportion.Then each of the two assigning forms is modeled, and improve meets about the accuracy of their implementation; and reasonable controlly strategies are analyzed. Finally,the conclusion to that closed-loop control can be applied to high-precision control applications.According to previous research, the technology of flow proportional distribution can be applied in plane two degrees of freedom position servo control system,in which principle of the servo tracking mode of arbitrary plane curves, and the systematical is studied.mathematical model is derived, and its tracking error is analyzed.Finally the Matlab Sumlink is choosen as simulation tools,the Plane position servo control system dynamic performance is performed on simulation analysis.The PID regulator parameters setting method is discussed, and by means of the trail-and-error a group of the most control parameters are found out.And then through the calibration, expected control purpose is reached.
