Application On The Management Of Power Load Based On GPRS In Power Jixi Bureau

The main function of the load management system is load control and data acquisition.With the power sector reforming, the traditional manual meter reading is far from being ableto meet the needs of the modern market. Wireless channel resources and the terminalequipment can be fully realized of all users remote automatic meter reading, which not onlysolved the wrong copy of the manual meter reading, estimated copy leakage copy problem,still to improve labor productivity, while saving meter reading labor costs, and bring directeconomic benefits.The past30years, power load control system has experienced negative functions from asingle peaking control, evolved into the detection and management functions in one of thepower load management system. Due to the presence of large electricity customers, if not itsreasonable management, will break the grid load balancing, disrupting the overall deploymentof the power supply, affect the power grid security and stability, interests of the damage ishuge. Hence, the adjustment and management is indispensable, so that large customers aspossible to avoid the peak hours of electricity, to move to low power consumption, loadshifting the role of technical measures.Because of the Jixi power system characteristics and needs, the author build power loadmanagement system based on the interoperability system which design by using DLMS/COSEM. The system uses the technology of GPRS for Information exchanging. Using GPRSas the data channel based on power load information management systems design anddevelopment. The system has data collection, storage and analysis capabilities to remoteelectrical equipment acquisition and control-to-end system. And rich system functionalityGPRS-based load management system, and enhance the overall performance of power loadmanagement system, showing excellent stability and reliability.
