Now. It is a research hotspot that using energy storage system to solve wind power grid problem in the field of new energy, especially wind power research.The studies that how to use a smaller capacity of battery energy storage system (BESS) to track the short-term grid scheduling output, studied the method that wind power with storage capacity based on normal distribution, derived by this method to estimate the actualand energy storage capacity of wind farm and the required energy storage system processes; discussed benefit assessment, and put forward the concept of energy storage economic factors. Finally, the actual data of some wind farm in Xinjiang were analyzed.For tracking power grid short-term scheduling output, modeled battery energy storage system, put forward classification control strategy (power grid control, storage battery control and energy storage converter control); and put forward a novel access way of energy storage system—focused on access and group shots cut. Use PSIM software to analysis one group of energy storage access system. The results showed that the access control strategy that wind power structure increaseed, energy storage system can not only reliable track the output curve of the grid dispatching, improved the wind power prediction accuracy, and verified the feasibility of application of wind energy storage system.The converter of energy storage access system eventually will involve in the problem of grid converter. Finally, on the nets side key consideration unbalanced three-phase conditions (including voltage dips and frequency wave),the research based on the second order generalized integral method of energy storage converter synchronization method, and build model simulation analysis.The method can accurately and quickly track voltage energy storage system for all the electric parameters of the grid when power grid don’t balance condition, and enhance the grid ability of energy storage access system.
