The first is to guarantee and engineering guarantee related engineering theory, this paper summarizes the current engineering guarantee agencies and guarantee pricing for an overall summary and analysis the current pricing theory and practices of some defects, and at the same time introducing VaR theory, this paper proposes a project guarantee risk pricing method. Finally built the construction project of the security risk index system, and using AHP and the Delphi method of construction engineering of the method of combining the risk guarantee warning, and according to the risk of early warning that trend of the corresponding risk treatment.Engineering guarantee is a high risk rank,so an effective system can help the organization to avoid the risk and insure the quality of the building and the contract can finish on time. It can also insure the payment and improve the healthy development of the engineering assure system and the architecture.
