Research On Optimization Of Spatial Layout Of Yuelu Technology Industrial Park In Changsha

The paper started form human geography; study the spatial layout of industrial park. Based by classical location theory, growth pole theory, as well as the city imagery theory, using a variety of analytical methods, combined with the technical characteristics of urban planning, Investigated the spatial layout of the Science and Technology Industrial Park. Firstly, surveyed the research of technology industrial park in home and broad, summarizedthe the prior researcher and their results, based on this analysis, it reviewed the develop process of technology industrial park in home and aboard, and classic theories related to thirties about spatial planning, in hope of more logic in this research.Then, the paper analyzed the existing layout of Yuelu Technology Industrial Park, used methods of comparison, analytic hierarchy process, factor analytic process and so on, determined the critical factors that influence the spatial layout of the park, to perform quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, get the final results. Based on the results, summarize the major issues of Yuelu Technology Industrial Park and put forward optimization advices dealing with these problems. It is beneficial for the spatial layout of the park and combined with method of urban conceptual image. Drew out the optimization scheme of Yuelu Technology Industrial Park, instructed the park with great urban image, to guide to land use, functional layout, planning of the park changed into more logic direction, in order to boost the economy of Yuelu Technology Industrial Park, smoothly realize the upgrade process.Besides, this paper introduced space process analysis and urban conceptual image method into layout planning of the technology industrial park, integrated these to consider comprehensively, put forward own opinions and suggestions of spatial layout planning of industrial park dealing with existing condition, spare efforts to explore the urban conceptual image theory based on the analysis of technology industrial ark, make a visible, enjoyable, memorable urban image in the park. From larger scale to explore the relation between the industrial park development with the urban development, including economic function and urban space and so on, in order to give some reference to the Yuelu Techonology Industrial Park, even industrial planning and economy development, spatial ad justification of Changsha city.At last, this paper summarized the research and came up with future research potentials. Due to limit of study level and personal ability, this paper still have many shortcomings, which hopefully will be changed into better condition in future research process.
