Prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has been widely used in bridge construction for its good integrity, large structure stiffness, driving smooth and many other advantages. Especially with the cantilever construction technology development, prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has got the unprecedented development. In the process of bridge construction, the concrete shrinkage deformation, the temperature effects, the temporary load and many uncertain factors will influence the strengthening and the use of bridge. Therefore, the construction of the bridge must be controlled.On the basis of the investigation about prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge construction control in domestic and international, and then analyze the purpose, significance, development situation and trends of the construction control technology, this paper suggest the content and measure of the continuous girder bridge construction control, combining the characteristics of the cantilever construction method. Take example by the purple port bridge, with the research on the construction control theory, we will analyze the structure parameters that may affect the construction control, and put forward reasonable construction control scheme. Also, we will establish and improve the monitoring system to monitor the stress and deformation of the bridge. By the Dr.bridge, we can set up the analysis model of the purple port bridge for theoretical calculation and analyzing practical monitoring data. Then by the use of BP neural network theory and the analysis of the contributing factors of the construction control, we can use the MATLAB toolbox of neural network to complete the input and the training sample parameters. Afterwards we will get the result and finish the control forecast and adjustment of the bridge’s liner control, and make the construction state closed to the perfect condition in maximum.
