As the work load on hydraulic excavator implement tools is complex, which makes implement tools torn easily and makes the excavator cannot work. Because of the shortage of the work load data in implement tools, restricts the fatigue study in the implement tools, the article researches the test method of testing work load in the implement tools of the hydraulic excavator. On the basis of identifying the work loads on the whole machine the mechanism character of the loader, analyzing the kinematics and mechanics of implement tools, summarize the transfer principle of work load force and setup the regress formula of the work load, and realize the test method change from testing stress in real time to testing work load.chapter1:introduce the background, significance and main work of the research;chapter2:analyze the kinematics and mechanics of excavator’s implement tools according to the work mode, and determine the testing parameters;chapter3:introduce the testing measure, calibration and setup of the measure system and sensor, mounting of the sensor;chapter4:using the method of Multiplel Linear Regression to calibrate the external work load, and determine the regression equation of the work load;chapter5:analyze the test error, and reduce the test error through compensating the measure bias;chapter6:summarize the article and bring forward the next stage research on the project;...
