In recent years, in order to cope with the rapid development of China’s economy, thedemand for a variety of infrastructure continue to increase, the major areas of the constructionof the building is also frequently increased, along with supporting a variety of constructionMachinery are increasingly diverse, hydraulic excavators as a versatile construction machinery, able to adapt to the more complex work environment, not only to promote the development ofChina’s infrastructure, but also of great significance for China’s modernization. Hydraulicexcavator Quick Hitches is a multi-functional key components of the hydraulic excavator, changed the traditional sense of the working device replacement, not only saves manpower, material and time, but also improve the efficiency of the hydraulic excavator. In the analysis of domestic and foreign hydraulic excavator Quick Hitches development, structure and composition based on the use of three-dimensional engineering software toestablish a Quick Hitches model, and its study of the following aspects:Hydraulic excavator Quick Hitches working principle, characteristics and overview ofthe development at home and abroad, also introduced in the status and characteristics of themaximum load conditions.Analysis of the hydraulic excavator Quick Hitches and structure of the device, usethree-dimensional engineering software SolidWorks as a platform to build three differentforms of the hydraulic excavator quick change device model.Hydraulic excavator Quick Hitches were analyzed to understand the various componentsof the stress, displacement distribution, and meet the structural strength the minimized qualityconditions, to optimize the design of the structural dimensions of the parts, and thus for fasterchange improvement and production provides a theoretical basis and methods.
