Multiphase flow technology has been widely applied in many occasion as oil industry、 coal and metallurgical industry、power and nuclear power industry、chemcal industry、 atmospheric engineering、low temperature refrigeration and aero-space industry、water conservancy and hydropower and so on, but in terms of powerful function of multiphase flow technology itself, these seemed trivial.Compared with foreign advanced multiphase flow applications, we also behind a lot. Therefore,to catch up even beyond the world of advanced technology becomes a pressing task.In this paper, the gas-solid two-phase flow of multiphase flow as research object, according to the mass of fluid and volume fraction the change of pressure and temperature、 concentration and volume fraction change and speed gradient and flow change, using means of scientific analysis、appropriate control equation accurate parameter setting, and based on the project instance, with the powerful ANSYS CFX software establish correct multiphase flow model, numerical simulation and analysis of tunnel blasting dust and harmful gases in the case of no ventilation.Firstly, this paper collation and analysis these measured experimental data of three kinds of cases, this purpose is to more accurately describe each spatial location within the tunnel dust and harmful gas concentrations、diffusion velocity and corresponding pressure distribution, the more important is to back calculation and test multiphase flow theory parameters’s correctness,in preparation for the accurate numerical simulation.Secondly, this paper use of ANSYS CFX software to establish the gas-solid two-phase flow model analysis of the dust and harmful gas concentrations、concentration and velocity fields distribution of the different working cases and areas to simulate dust and harmful gas diffusion of the different tunnel length, the more important is through the transient simulation of dust and harmful gases, to provide the necessary support for inspiratory dust equipment’s development and commissioning.
