| Bladder tumor has become a common disease to human health. To alleviate the paincaused to the patients, people have done research for a very long time. Hyperthermia is acommon form of therapy treatment of bladder tumors. Now hyperthermia medical theory ismature, and hyperthermia machines have developed very quickly.Firstly, by referring to a large number of thermal therapy and hyperthermia instrumentliterature, this paper got a program to develop instrument based on embedded system.Secondly it analyzed the demands required by the instrument.Then it built a instrumentexperimental platform and determined the overall framework of the instrument system.Thirdly it designed the hardware structure of the instrument system. First it choseS3C2410as the processor of treatment instrument system by comparing with others. Thenbuilt a complete embedded minimum system around the S3C2410.At last it designed theperipheral circuit of the system, which includes the temperature detection circuit, thetemperature control circuit, the high temperature alarm circuit and LCD circuit module with atouch screen.Fourthly it designed the software part of the instrument system. First it selected UCOS-IIas operating system of the instrument, and successfully transplanted this operating system tothe S3C2410. Then it designed several major application software modules which includedtemperature acquisition and processing module, temperature control module, hightemperature alarm module and man-machine interface module. Among them, the temperaturecontrol module is one of the most important modules of the instrument system. In this paper,we used the expert PID algorithm to achieve control of the treatment fluid temperature.Finally the nstrument system of both hardware and software was tested. Experiments ofthe system were done after the tests were passed. The experiments showed that the instrumentsystem can achieve good effect of temperature control which verified the feasibility of theinstrument. |
